First Lutheran Church Pre-School’s mission is to share the Bible’s Good News in an academic setting.

First Lutheran Church Pre-School was established in 2007.  It is governed by a board consisting of 5 voting members, including the director, Pastor, council president, 2 congregation members, and 1 non-voting parent representative.  First Lutheran Church is part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America.

Our pre-school admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.  It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies and other school-administered programs.

We believe that every child should understand that he/she was created and is lovingly cared for by God.  We share with the children that god shows us His love through Jesus, His Son.  We model and teach these truths through prayers, songs, chapel time, crafts and Bible Stories.

First Lutheran Church Pre-School believes that young children learn through structured exploration and interaction with their surroundings.  Our program is designed to prepare the young child for entrance into more formal education.
